Return and Refund Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026

At Crafted Keepsakes of Texas, we want your order to arrive as described and in good condition. This policy applies to all physical products purchased from ckotx.com, including custom, personalized, and non-personalized items.

We accept returns only when an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect because of an error on our part. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, unwanted gifts, or ordering the wrong item. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from your approved order.

Please review names, dates, spelling, photos, and any design proof carefully before approval. Customer-provided errors that we reproduce accurately do not qualify for a return or refund.

Email cathey@ckotx.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the name used for the order, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging if available. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request. You may also call 602-320-9186 for assistance.

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is required, we will provide approval, the return address, and instructions for returning the item by mail. Crafted Keepsakes of Texas will cover the required return postage for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies to these approved returns.

Return the item in the condition received, with its original packaging when available. Damage to packaging during delivery does not by itself prevent you from reporting an eligible problem.

After reviewing an eligible claim, we will arrange a refund or replacement with you. Replacements are for resolving damaged, defective, or incorrect orders; we do not offer change-of-mind exchanges.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If a return is required, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. If we confirm that no return is required, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cover any required return postage for approved claims as described above.
